Zacchaeus House is a not-for-profit, non-treatment residential facility, providing a faith to work program for men in transition. The House Program helps men achieve stable productive lives through our Lord Jesus Christ. We are not a drug treatment program or an overnight homeless shelter.
With an emphasis on spiritual development, church attendance, and charitable service, residents are guided towards God’s merciful acceptance of them, recovery of self-esteem and a recognition of the fundamental dignity of all persons.
Residents can live at Zacchaeus House for up to two years while they work towards independent living by finding jobs, learning trades or going back to school. Honesty, self-respect and a positive attitude are key attributes for admittance to the Program, not their state in life. We recognize that many men are in need by we are exclusively equipped to help entrants who are motivated to allow the Zacchaeus House Program to complement their personal resolve to better themselves.
