Chicago Catholic ran listings of women and men religious celebrating religious jubilees in the July 27 issue. The following listings were inadvertently omitted or incorrect. The additions and corrections have also been made to the July 27, 2025, listing.
Sisters of Christian Charity
60 years
Sister Juliana Miska has ministered in religious formation, classroom education, fundraising and development, community leadership and parish pastoral ministry. She currently ministers as first provincial councilor of the Sisters of Christian Charity in North America.
Franciscan Sisters of Chicago
75 Years
Sister Doloria Kosiek was a teacher, director of religious education, spiritual director and vocations director. She taught at schools in Illinois, Indiana and Ohio. Born in Chicago, she received the Franciscan Federation Peacemaker Award in 2014.
70 years
Sister Joseph Marie Zenda has been a teacher and principal in Chicago and served on archdiocesan and state principal boards. She established the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago Service Corporation, serving as its first board chair and president. She now assists in the corporation’s development department.
