Ninth Annual National Black Catholic Vigil for Life
Saturday, September 30, 2006
Help build a world where human life is always loved and defended, every form of violence banished.

On Saturday evening September 30, 2006, the Black Catholic Community is encouraged to assemble in their local parishes or neighborhood meeting places to pray, celebrate, and reflect on the Gospel of Life and its special meaning for us as a people.

Whatever prayer style is familiar and comfortable to the group is most appropriate for this National Black Catholic Vigil for Life.

Please remember to pray for the family, the unborn, for the end of abortion and all violence, the elderly, the sick, those living with HIV/AIDS, the poor, the broken and the abandoned among us, those who have passed from our midst and our spiritual and political leaders.
